Should Every human Get Paid Online?
The job market is booming these days, and more than 300,000 jobs were announced just in one week. To better understand the impact of this change on today’s society, we can look at different industries of the world.
The telecom industry went from roughly 150,000 jobs to 1,000,000. There’s been an incredible increase in digital transformation in the retail industry, as many stores that have been obsolete for many years have been reinvented, and a wider range of retail businesses are focusing on online shopping more and more.
Human labor is also more crucial to the 21st-century economy than ever before, as more and more people are desperate to work. I’m not saying that everyone should get paid online. I’m saying that if every human in the world got paid, then the world would work just fine.
I do realize that there are benefits to working with other humans. I feel that if I earned money online, I would be making less and receiving lower wages than if I were working in a physical branch of a bank. But this creates an insane gap between people who earn enough money to work in an online store with someone making a minimum wage.
Because it’s easier to attract talented people, this could lead to more jobs than ever before. I really think it could be one of the main things that will make the world work better if humans got paid online.
If all people could earn money online, it would be good for many people to earn more money. Everyone would be able to live comfortably with their earnings. If everyone earns money online, this would mean everyone else’s earnings could rise as well. All people would benefit from the easier job market.
Some people have worried about the more in-demand human labor getting replaced by robots. People worry that their jobs could disappear, meaning that they have fewer earnings and a poorer quality of life. But if robots started taking care of the office workers then many of the workers would have more money in their pocket to use, which will help those struggling financially.
Many businesses rely on humans to look after the place. Every shop floor will be staffed by a cashier. Many businesses have hired highly trained robots to stand by the door. These robots have been approved by the US Congress with a $500 billion capital campaign to provide funding for robots in offices and shopping centers. I’m sure we’ll see it soon as the go-ahead from the Federal Government was announced recently. But I’m sceptical of what they’ll actually be designed to do since it’s not a robot that will checkout items or count goods.
These robots will be able to keep track of human labor, which will lead to better productivity. This will benefit the human workforce greatly. So it’s fair that humans earn money online. It’s a lot cheaper if robots and online robot technologies take the workload off the human staff. This means that anyone, who is willing to work at the office can earn money. If a business has 2,000 staff and 300,000 employees can earn money, then it would mean they’d both earn an extra $50,000 in a year. This is huge for the company.
I think a lot of companies have struggled to attract the best human labor. People won’t come to work in places where they would be paid so little and suffer working conditions. They might choose to work in places where it’s easy to get money. They might choose to work in areas that have traffic, a lot of space, safety, high security and a good place to live. Maybe they wouldn’t want to work in some dangerous factories that are paying a lot of people bad wages. I can’t speak for all people, but if all people got paid online, I can see them happy and happy to be doing the job. I can see the business thriving and paying good wages and I can see the human being living happily. This will mean a world in which everyone can survive and continue to enjoy their lives. It’s a world that the Earth deserves.
I say this because it’s the fair thing to do, even though it does mean a lot of human labor will still be needed. It’s hard work, but we need to keep working, as it’s what keeps us breathing. If everyone got paid online, a lot of human labor would be done and this would mean that we would become more productive. We’d all be happier.
It’s hard to imagine how a world where everyone earns money online will always be a world that rewards people with more money. But it’s a world where we’d benefit both people and businesses. What’s the world coming to?
